Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.

Prices:
All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). Our ABN number is 11 928 470 513. All prices are subject to availability.

Deposit:
Credit card details will be required to confirm bookings. Please note that credit card details are taken as a guarantee of a booking. Full payment will be charged to the credit card within 10 days prior to check-in. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card fees may apply.

Amendment and Cancellation Conditions:
Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing. We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges. Rescheduling will be subject to the Cancellation Conditions.

Cancellations:
Bookings cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival: no penalty
Bookings cancelled up to and including 10 days prior to arrival (includes No Shows): 100% of booking

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend all guests take out Travel Insurance that will cover guests in case of emergencies.

General:
Terms & Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the Toogunna Plains Farmstay website. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.

Late Check-Out:
Late check-outs are available upon request. Please contact one of the team to check availability. Additional fees may be applied. A late check-out fee may apply if the accommodation is not vacated prior to the set check-out time of the property.

Guarantee Policy:
A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking and a valid Credit Card must be presented at time of check-in.

No Party Policy:
For the benefit of all guests, Toogunna Plains Farmstay has a strict no party policy. In the event that any guest is identified as having a party, the property reserves the right to immediately request all occupants of the room to vacate the premises. In addition, the registered guests will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning of the room, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.

Identification:
Upon arrival, guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. In addition, the guest must also provide a credit card in the name of the photographic ID.

Child Policy:
Infants 0-2 years occupying the same room with at least one adult and using existing bedding are free of charge.

Under 18’sPolicy:
All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/responsible adult over the age of 18 years. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 years cannot provide current photo ID if requested on check-in.

Special Requests:
We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.

Dietary Requirements:
Any requests for special dietary requirements need to be advised more than 48 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

Internet & Mobile Access:
Toogunna Plains Farmstay offers free Wi-Fi internet access and 4G Telstra Mobile reception. Toogunna Plains Farmstay cannot be held responsible for non-availability of the Internet network, inability of accessing the internet, external intrusion, computer viruses, or non-authorised online transactions using our Wi-Fi access.

No-Shows / Failure to Cancel:
Each booking at Toogunna Plains Farmstay is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the Cancellation Policy associated with the rate booked.

Limitation of Liability:
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Toogunna Plains Farmstay both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever. They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.

Toogunna Plains Farmstay does not control any Third Party website and is therefore not responsible for the content of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website. Toogunna Plains Farmstay provides such links only as a convenience to you and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, investigation or verification by Toogunna Plains Farmstay of the linked website or any information contained in it.

Health:
You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.

Smoking:
All rooms are non-smoking.

Room Servicing:
Accommodation does not include daily service. Daily service is available for an additional fee. Please advise at time of booking if this is required. Guests staying 3 days or longer receive a weekly complimentary service.

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
